  • We currently deliver across major cities and pin codes in India.

  • Before placing your order, please ensure your delivery location is serviceable by entering your pin code at checkout.

  • If your location is not covered, our team will notify you and provide alternate solutions.

2. Delivery Time

  • Same-day Delivery: Orders placed before are delivered the same day.

  • Next-day Delivery: Orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next day.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and weather conditions.

  • You will receive an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: On orders above .

  • Standard Delivery Charges:  depending on order value and delivery location.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Packaging & Freshness

  • All fruits, vegetables, and grocery items are packed hygienically to maintain freshness.

  • For exotic fruits and delicate vegetables, we use special packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • In case of any damage or quality issue at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order status under “My Orders” in your OraFresh account.

6. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:

    • Public holidays or strikes

    • Operational/logistic challenges

  • We will keep you informed in case of any unavoidable delays.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the order may be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.
